SANCTUARY COVE is in a secluded walled location sandwiched between native forest and fronting the Kasay Marine Sanctuary in the South China Sea in Canaoay, San Fernando City. It is reached by a concreted right of way from the local barangay road. All lots have access to its stretch of coral sand beach.
Facilities/Improvements:
* Three meter sea wall with stairs to a sandy secluded beach.
* Concreted right of way from the barangay road.
* Within the complex the road is 2.4m wide bordered by 2 x 0.5m storm drains which can be driven on. 2.75m boundary wall finished with dappled green plaster with perimeter lighting.
* Three deep water wells with individual piping laid to each lot.
* 2 x 15Kw transformers with individual meters in the power room and cable laid to each lot. {However, no provision is being made for either rainwater tanks (though rainwater can be emptied into the storm drains) or septic tanks which must be installed during house construction}.
* Each lot has beach access by a path to the stairs - gates will be installed at the top of the stairs and residents will be given keys.
* In addition to the power room a guard house and maintenance shed has been constructed.
